The UK property market has seen some huge peeks and troughs during the last 24 months and I hope to give useful continual comment for our readers based on information and experiences I see on a day to day basis whilst  working on the coal face

I have worked in the residential property market since 1998 selling houses and apartments in the country and city locations. I have advised vendors on the best sales strategy and how to negotiate the best price for thier home. More recently I  spent the last 6 years working as a property search agent advising clients on purchasing Country Houses and property in Prime Central London and Central Oxford. In February 2008 I set up my property search business, www.lowndespartnership.co.uk. I also have an association with a specialist property search business, www.krhs.co.uk,  helping client looking for cottage and family houses in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.

Alongside this blog I host a  property “forum” that enables users to post questions and start  property discussions.
