Display advertising with Propertybooklive is located in the two premium positions, the inside front and back cover of the property flipbooks. It is quick, easy, effective and will be seen by every user each time they search for property. 2. Leaderboards, standard banners, half banners and button advertisementsFor an advertisement with real prominence, opt for a leaderboard, standard banner, half banner or button advertisement. These advertisements are placed on the Register/Login page in the ‘Advertise your property’ section, or within the various website tabs. Costs are either quoted per click (CPC), per action (CPA) or per ‘impression’ (CPM). Prices for these advertisements vary according to their location and prominence: contact us for a quote that will meet your needs in terms of timing and budget.
3. Directory advertising.At just £100 per year, placing an advertisement in the appropriate Tab Directory is the low-cost way of getting your business noticed. A listing in our property directory comprises of your company’s name as a headline, followed by a short description of your business, and ending with a line of text that hyperlinks to your website.

In 99.9% of all cases, a HIP is required. On 6th April 2009, government legislation made it a legal requirement for residential property to have a HIP in place prior to commencing the marketing. You will find further information about HIPs in the HIP tab on the website.
Floor plans are immensely helpful for potential buyers and tenants, allowing them to visualise the internal layout of a property. It is fairly inexpensive to have a floor plan drawn and they are easily added when uploading a property. This can be done at a later stage if necessary. Use the Floor plan and Photography tab to gather further information.
myBook is our dynamic ‘search & save’ functionality that lets you save your favourite properties from our database and share them with friends. Think of myBook as your personal property book, complete with details, images, prices and the vendor’s details. myBook is a property book with a difference, though - because it auto-updates with brand-new properties that fulfil your search criteria, saving you even more time and effort.
In order to create your personal myBook, you need to register whether you are searching for a property to buy, to rent or for holiday.
Don’t forget to add the name and email address of the person you want to share your myBook area with – but if you do forget, or if you want to add or delete a user at a later stage, you can always contact us and we’ll do it for you.
Once you have created myBook, you can tick to save any property. As the registered myBook owner, only you can add or delete properties – but you can share myBook with as many friends or family members as you like.
myBook automatically remembers your last 5 searches. Any new property that appears on our database and that matches your search criteria is automatically sent to your ‘Possibles’ file – and you and your shared users will receive an email alert informing you of the new properties.
